SUN-SDH-155, STM-1 level SDH (Synchronous Digital the Hierarchy) optical transmission systems, compliance with ITU-T and SDH standards, provides complete monitor, access, protection, network management and Ethernet access function. SUN-SDH-155 can provide A, B 155.52Mb/s interfaces, 63E1 interfaces and 2 10/100BaseT Ethernet interfaces, has the function of Network element timing with the ITU-T G.813 standard, VC-12 cross-connection and channel protection. SUN-SDH-155 can format point-to-point, chain and ring transmission network as Add-Drop-Multiplexer or TM Terminal Multiplexer.

SUN-SDH-155 Network element management is based on a unified network management platform, it is designed in accordance with ITU-T network management, realize network resources, equipment configuration, alarm, performance and security management, Can support the unified management of multiple optical path disconnected subnets, and remote network management via Internet.
