TEO-CWDM-SFP2G-18dB

The TEO-SFP2G-XXXX transceiver family is small form factor pluggable modules for bi-directional serial optical data communications. The modules are hot pluggable and digital diagnostic functions are available via aI2C serial bus specified in the SFPMSASFF-8472. Its Multirate characteristics allow the module to transmit data-stream with data-rates starting from 155Mb/s up to2.67Mb/s. Typical protocols are STM-16FEC/OC-48FEC, STM-16/OC-48, 2GFibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel, STM-4/OC-12, DVB-ASI, ESCON and STM-1/OC-3.

This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of CWDM wavelength. There are eighteen center wavelengths available from 1270 nm to 1610 nm, with each step 20 nm. A guaranteed minimum optical link budget of 28 dB is offered. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well CWDM DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825
